RCI is pleased to receive SCHEDULED AND APPROVED visitors.
We require all visitors to submit the following information form. All information is required, where applicable. No entry will be allowed for anyone until all information and background checks have been approved. Information that is missing on this form, or discovered during background checks, will be cause for rejection and denial of entry. All funds paid in advance for background checks will be retained by RCI. This form must be fully completed, submitted, and approved for each person before entry to the site is permitted.
